A management company provides many important services to our Association. Management services include: providing a monthly management report which documents current projects, notable activities and important communications, responding to homeowner requests, verifying and sending violations letters, reporting issues of concern to the Board, providing monthly financial statements and Association transactions, soliciting contract bids and proposals, processing Request for Change Forms, sending out annual dues statements and processing assessments. The management company is also responsible for filing federal taxes, renewing Association insurance, and scheduling annual audits and reserve studies.
As of August 1, 2020, Associa - PMG Houston is the official management agent of the association as well as the records custodian.
